B HOUSE

הדירה ממוקמת ברעננה בבניין שעבר שיפוץ נרחב (תמ"א 38) ונוספו לה מרפסת וממ"ד.
כיוון שהדירה ישנה מאוד היה צורך בהריסה מן היסוד ותכנון מחדש כולל כל המערכות (אינסטלציה/חשמל/מ.א וכו') בכדי להתאימה לצרכי הדיירים החדשים.
האתגר התכנוני נבע מצורתה של הדירה כמלבן ארוך וצר ומתוך כוונה שהדירה תתאים בעתיד גם למשפחה עם ילדים.
העיצוב כלל חלוקה ברורה בין האזור הציבורי (הפונה למרפסת) לאזור הפרטי  ושפע של מקומות אחסון שנתפרו בנגרות אישית לדירה ודייריה, ולעיתים אף משמשים כחוצץ בין החללים.

The apartment is located in a spacious, renovated building in Ra'anana (National Master Plan 38), with a patio and safe room added.  

Because the building is very old, it was necessary to tear it down to the foundations and redesign the entire home, including all plumbing/electrical/air conditioning systems, to adapt it to modern residence requirements.

The design challenge stemmed from the long, narrow, rectangular shape of the apartment and from a desire to suit it to the future needs of a family with children.

The design included a clear separation between the public space (facing the patio) and the private space, with many storage spaces added on via custom-made carpentry work; these storage spaces sometimes served as a partition between spaces.
