הדירה נמצאת בשכונה וותיקה במרכז הארץ המאופיינת בבנייה נמוכה והיה צורך להתאימה למשפחה צעירה עם 3 ילדים.
בקומה התחתונה הושם דגש על הכנסת אור וחיבור בין הפנים לחוץ ע"י פתיחה מלאה של הקיר הצפוני הפונה למרפסת וכן שמירה על מרחב פתוח ע"י חלל כפול.
קיר בחיפוי שחור ועץ בגובה 3.5 מ' מרכז את כל מערכות האודיו/ווידאו ותוחם את אזור ההתכנסות האהוב על בני המשפחה.
הקומה העליונה מוקדשת כולה לילדים וכוללת חדר שינה משותף, חדר משחקים המוביל למרפסת רחבת ידים, חדר רחצה וחדר לימודים.

The home is located in an older neighborhood in central Israel, and is characterized by low construction.Our challenge was to adapt it for a young family with 3 children.

On the lower floor, emphasis was placed on letting in light and the connection between interior and exterior via a full opening in the northern wall which faces a patio, and maintaining this open design with a double space.

A 3.5 meter high wall covered in black MDF and wood serves as focal point for an audio-visual system and encloses the family's beloved entry area.

The top floor is completely child-oriented and includes a shared bedroom, a games room leading to a spacious patio, a bathroom and study.
