T HOUSE

הדירה ממוקמת ברמת השרון בבנין ישן ששופץ. כיוון שהדירה מיועדת למשפחה ב"צמיחה"- זוג הורים וילדה- היה ברור שהפרוגרמה צריכה לאפשר גדילה והתרחבות של בני הבית וצרכיהם. התפיסה העיצובית שליוותה את התכנון כללה חללים נקיים מודרניים מעט 'מוזיאלים', המאופיינים בקווים ישרים, צבעוניות ברורה וחומרים טבעיים, ומנגד מרחב של בית שחיים ומארחים בו, בית שילדים מתרוצצים בו בשמחה ובבטחה. בכניסה לדירה ניתן להבחין בחלוקה שבין האזורים (הפרטי והציבורי) כאשר את פני הבאים מקבל קיר מיוחד ש'נתפר' לדירה זו בחיפוי בטון ויוצר אפקט תלת מימדי.

The apartment is located in a renovated building in Ramat Hasharon.  Because the apartment is intended for a growing family (parents and small child/children), it was clear that the program had to enable growth and expansion for the residents and their needs.

The design concept that accompanied the planning process included clean, modern, almost museum-like spaces, characterized by straight lines, clear colors and natural materials, while constituting a homey expanse for entertaining and living in, a home where children can safely run around in joy.

At the apartment entrance one can note an inter-area space (between private and public), where visitors are greeted by a custom-built wall that is perfect for the apartment, with a beautiful cement surface that creates a 3D effect.
